How long will my claim take?

Our expertise means we can get your claim paid out in the shortest possible time. Please allow upto 3 months for settlement of your claim, although we would expect most claims to go through much quicker.

We can help you get back PPI on Personal Loans, Secured Loans, Hire Purchase Agreements, Mortgages and Credit Cards. It doesn`t matter if your loan has been paid off, you can still claim.

Can I make the claim myself?

Yes of course you can, however many people prefer the claim to be managed on their behalf taking the hassle and stress away from the entire process.

Do you charge an upfront fee?

No we do not charge any upfront fees. We only charge our flat fee of 25% (plus VAT) once we have succeeded in reclaiming your premiums.

I have moved bank and closed my account can I still make a claim?
A:
Yes both new and old accounts can be claimed upon.

Will the bank close my account if I make a claim?
A:
The Banking Code Standards Board clearly advises that they should not take a 'disproportionate response' and should always treat customers 'sympathetically and positively'.

We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office and our procedures fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal information is kept safe and secure and is not passed onto any 3rd parties.
