Michelle has over 20 years experience in banking and financial services. Working for several of the UK`s biggest lenders including Halifax, she has first hand experience of the malpractice and pressure selling which has formed part of banking culture for the last 20 years. Ajaz has a wealth of experience in banking and financial services. He worked for Barclays and then as an Independent Financial Adviser and Mortgage Adviser. His primary role is to promote the business to make sure that as many consumers as possible who can claim, do so. Ajaz says... "It's amazing how many people are simply not aware that they may be eligible to claim back thousands from their bank or lender. I've made it my personal mission to educate and inform consumers about their rights"

Stuart has a background as an Independent Mortgage Adviser and his role is to ensure that the claims process runs as smoothly as possible, making sure that our clients get paid in the shortest possible time.

Michael has over 15 years experience in banking with Barclays and Nat West. A qualified Independent Financial Adviser and Mortgage Adviser he is well placed to advise clients on some of our more complex cases.
